Bringing together the best of what we grow, forage, and create, Executive Head Chef, Ivan Tisdall-Downes and the Native team are ​lucky enough to get the chance to curate a unique dining experience, with exceptional produce grown onsite by our gardeners and farmers.

We work with the seasons, foraging and preserving throughout the year. Our ever changing menus are defined by hyper-seasonal ingredients, responsibly sourced.

Celebrating the spirit of our garden and the core ethos to always eat native, our Root To Shoot menu is inspired by what is fresh and in abundance in the kitchen garden
